- I have 6 African Buffalo calves for sale. They are parent raised, $1,500 each. Parents are wild caught specimens, straight out of Africa. Calves are captive bred, average 11-12 months old, and ready to join your ranch! This is a rare opportunity at a great price. 3 bull calves and 3 cows for sale. Take as many or as little as you like, I will be having more soon. These are dangerous animals, not tame, and should not be handled by the novice keeper. African Buffalos are highly aggressive. I do not go out otni their pen unless I'm in a land rover or jeep. Calves should be still wild, as they are only first generation captives.
