- We have a gorgeous, sweet, docile, young adult male sloth available. He is a very quiet and easy going fellow. Has been a long-term captive. Eats a gut-appropriate captive diet and potties on a healthy schedule. He uses the same potty spot near every time. We are selling him because we have too many males. He has taken food from and been petted by hundreds of strangers in our zoo.
He likes to sleep on the top of our tug-boat rope arbor and has worn the hair off of his left hand as that is the one he prefers to hold on with. It is not raw, cut, scraped, chaffed or anything else, just the fur is worn - purely cosmetic.
We have not worked with him to see if he will transfer train or ride the sloth dolly cart.
