- Roxie is a 3.5 year old female African Crested Porcupine. She was bottle raised and has been used as an educational animal her whole life. I have been the only owner and caretaker. She crates easily and travels well. She is ok with touching but not extensive petting. In public she travels in a crate and shows in a portable pen, she is comfortable being around large crowds. She has been raised in a USDA licensed facility. Serious inquiries only, this is not a house pet! These animals can be very destructive and dangerous if not housed and cared for properly.
