Florida Residents must have a class 3 permit with Florida Fish & Wildlife to legally buy or own pet Foxes, No EXCEPTIONS!!!!! If you do not already have a class 3 permit and your still interested in him, please contact me anyways because I can help you obtain a free permit with Fish & Wildlife.
