3 year old proven breeder pair for potential Coy-dog venture.

Proven breeder pair. Had first litter this past spring. No longer have the time or room, they are easy keepers and fun to watch interact.

Male is AKC registered German Shorthair Pointer. Born fall of 2017. Liver and white with tick marks. He has wonderful hunting bloodlines but he was never started because he ended up being raised and pair bonded to female so we kept him close by her.

Female is Purebred Coyote. Born spring of 2017. I purchased her from a USDA certified captive breeder. I saw both her parents, they too are 100% coyotes.

I raised the female from 5 weeks old until 7 months old indoors with my Jack Russell. Even after 7 mo she would still come in except for night. Once Male pointer was old enough we placed the pair together and never separated them to ensure possibility of breeding.

First heat she was ready but male was too adolescent and being a few months younger he was unsuccessful although we did observe him trying.

Second heat was successful and photo evidence is available for proof.

They had 1.2 pups, black with white chest, socks and tail tips. They are now 4 months and show gruella coloring, sable saddle, white guard hair ticking and white roan around face and body. This past week, a winter undercoat had grown and it too is sable, grey/tan.

This is the only legitimate 50/50 coy-dog puppies I've seen on the ground, I'm keeping a female but 1.1 are also available if any interest.

Asking $3,000.00

Pictures of pups upon request.
