Rehoming Two Chinchillas

Hi! I have two chinchillas I am trying to rehome as pets only. Here's a bit of info about them...

Chimmer (the light colored one) is a violet/grey cross, neutered, 6 yearold male chinchilla. I owned both of his parents and raised him from a baby, so he is extremely friendly and loves people. Last year i had to rehome him bc I was moving. He went to a friend of mine who also had a chinchilla (Ham), but she gave them both to me after having to move to Arizona. He knows tricks such as stand, paw, and circle, and sometimes comes when called lol. He cannot have plastic things as he LOVES to chew. He is also a little messy.

Ham is a 3 year old, grey female chinchilla. My friend got her from petsmart and she has her adoption papers. She is a little shy, and takes a while to get used to people, however she is very loving once she does. She doesn't chew on plastic and isn't very messy. 

Im looking for a forever home, to someone in the seattle area only. I must be allowed visitation rights, and should you ever have to give them up, then they will go back to me. I dont want them hopping from home to home, or going to unsuitable owners. They do not have to go to the same home, though I would prefer it. They will come with their medical papers, toys and bedding and whatever is left of food and treats. I will not give them away to someone with children, or someone who hasn't had experience with chinchillas. I will also ask that I am able to see the home before hand, or at least get pictures of their enclosure. I am in no hurry to rehome them, I just want them happy and safe.
