4 year old neutered male Serval for sale

4 year old male Serval for sale to experienced wild cat home. Please read entire listing. This is a relist due to not having enough info in the previous listing. I was overwhelmed by the response and could not answer everyone's e-mail, phone calls and text messages. Sorry for that and I hope this new listing answers most of those questions. He was declawed and neutered while a kitten. Never used as a breeder and is on a predominately raw meat diet. Prefers women. No health problems. He's been indoors his entire life, but is to the age of needing a outside enclosure or large indoor room of his own (this is the main reason he needs a new home). He likes to pee on shoes and clothing that have been left on the floor. He no longer uses a liter box and pees in the kitchen sink and poops on the floor near the liter box. I have vinyl and hardwood floors so this was not a problem to me. He's been good with my kids (boys aged 14 and 7) and other cats (Bengal and Sphynx). He is not a cuddly greet you at the door when you get home pet like a domestic cat. He is a wild animal and prefers to be left alone until he decides to approach you for attention or food. He will growl, hiss, snap, and hit to let you know he wants to be left alone. My family and I have coexisted with him for over 2 years in our small house. He has not been difficult to care for and likes to play with tether toys, stuffed animals, and can destroy tennis balls like no other. He and the similar aged male Bengal play very well together. An experienced Serval or wild cat owner is recommended. First time Serval buyers should consider a kitten that can bond and grow up with its human family. Rehoming is stressful and takes many months of patience for them to adjust. Local pick up only. I will not ship him due to the stress of doing so. Make sure your state allows Serval owner ship.
