Male Ringtail Lemur

He will be 3 years old in April. He is neutered and he gets his vet check up once a year. He is healthy and has a beautiful tail and coat. He is a sweetheart and loves to be pet while he is in his cage (especially under the chin). He is tame enough to go otni his enclosure and will let you clean, feed and water. He will eat from your hand and let you pet him through the cage but nervous to be pet if you're in the cage or while he is out of the cage but the right person could probably help him overcome this. When I need to take him out of the cage he jumps on my shoulder and I gently hold his tail or I leash and diaper him. I don't diaper him very often so there is some tension when we do this. He has never bitten but will slap when he doesn't like what your doing.

I would like to see him go to a home where he can live in the same enclosure as another Lemur or somewhere where someone can work with him on a daily basis and give him the attention he craves. He doesn't seem to like dogs or cats but loves other ringtails.

He eats 75% Mazuri mix and 25% fresh produce.

You MUST have your class 3 license through FWC. I have my class 3 with Sale and Exhibition and will require a copy of yours for my records. You must have knowledge of Lemurs and an Exotic Pet Vet. You must provide an enclosure at least 6 foot tall and 4x5 foot wide and deep. He currently is in a 10x10 foot enclosure outside during the day and 5x4 foot enclosure indoors at night or on bad weather days.
